What ticket options are available for TIFF 2024?

There will be three options to purchase tickets for TIFF 2024.

  1. Curated Ticket Packages. On sale in June, these packages provide guaranteed access to multiple screenings or events with a common genre or theme, with screening dates, times and seating locations selected by TIFF. A great option for film lovers who want seats locked in for their favourite programme. These packages are only available to TIFF members and Visa Card Holders.
  2. Individual Tickets. For Members, save 20% on Regular screenings when purchasing a 10-ticket TIFF Member Bundle. TIFF Member Bundles provide a flexible, wide-ranging experience at TIFF 2024, allowing purchasers to select tickets from the majority of Regular screenings, with the option to exchange tickets for other Regular screenings throughout the Festival. Available for purchase on TIFF Festival Account Manager during Membership ticket pre-sales (view Key Dateshere).

Please review our Key Dates to find out when you’re eligible to buy.

What is the difference between Premium and Regular Festival screenings?

Premium screenings offer a premium in-person experience, and can include red-carpet screenings, World or North American Premieres, and/or audience Q&As. Regular screenings refer to all non-Premium screenings and make up the majority of screenings at the Festival. Films scheduled as Premium screenings may include Regular screenings in their second and third showings at the Festival.

How can I access a Festival ticket pre-sale?

TIFF Members will have access to ticket pre-sales between August 16 and August 22, based on Membership level. Please see Key Dates to find out when you’re eligible to buy. The deadline to become a Member to access an individual-ticket pre-sale is Monday, August 19.

To become a TIFF Member and receive a dedicated Festival pre-sale date, visit tiff.net/membership to find the best fit for you.

TIFF Insiders can purchase individual tickets before the public, but after TIFF Members. Become an Insider by signing up for The Weekly e-newsletter by Thursday, August 22. You’ll receive an access code on Friday, August 23.

Is there a limit to the number of Festival tickets I can purchase?

In order to ensure a fair distribution of tickets during the Festival, each visitor may only purchase a maximum of four tickets per account, per event. This limit exists for Members and non-Members.
