How do I share my Membership benefits with a secondary Member? (Dual+)

Memberships at the Dual level and above are shareable between a primary and secondary Member. Both primaries and secondaries have access to all Membership benefits by logging into TIFF Account Manager, receive digital Membership cards, and are subscribed to Member-exclusive email communications.

Please note that complimentary film vouchers and popcorn vouchers are placed into the primary account holder’s TIFF Account Manager; however, they can be transferred to other accounts as needed.

What are my Membership benefits for the Festival?

Members 365

  • An early-bird Festival package pre-sale in the spring, where Members have access to purchase ticket packages well ahead of the general public
  • An earlier package redemption time (the opportunity to choose your films) ahead of the general public
  • A pre-sale ahead of the public for single tickets (if you do not purchase ticket packages, or if you would like additional individual tickets after redeeming your package)

Contributors Circle
All the same benefits as Members 365, plus:

  • Access to the Bell Blue Room Members’ Lounge during the Festival
  • An invitation to the Members’ Festival Preview Event, where Festival programmers share their recommended films for TIFF

Patrons Circle
All the same benefits as Contributors Circle Members, plus:

  • Access to choose your Festival films à la carte ahead of all Contributors Circle Members, Members 365, and the general public, with an allotted access time for individual tickets before package redemption, the Member pre-sale, and the public on-sale
  • Patrons Circle–exclusive events and screenings during the Festival
  • Access to Festival Press & Industry screenings, with a dedicated Patrons Circle line (Gold+)
  • A dedicated Patrons Circle team available to assist you throughout the Festival

Can I purchase more than one ticket at once with my Member discount?

The number of discounted tickets you can purchase with your Membership is based on level, as follows: one ticket for Individual Memberships, including Under-25 and Senior; two tickets for Dual Memberships, including Dual Senior; two tickets for adults and four tickets for children (age 17 and under) for Family Memberships and up.

Where is the Bell Blue Room Members’ Lounge, and when can I access it?

The Bell Blue Room Members’ Lounge is located on the third floor of TIFF Bell Lightbox, down the hallway in between Cinemas 4 and 5. To gain entry to the lounge, please show your digital or physical Membership card.

Bell Blue Room Members’ Lounge year-round hours: Thursday & Friday: 4:30pm–9:30pm Saturday & Sunday: 11:30am–9:30pm

When and where can I find information about Member pre-sales and exclusives?

The TIFF Loyalty team keeps you updated about pre-sales, offers, events, and more through Membership emails. Stay tuned for emails from TIFF Loyalty for information about your Membership exclusives.

Additionally, year-round TIFF Bell Lightbox showtimes are updated weekly every Wednesday. Check out tiff.net/calendar to see upcoming showtimes and your pre-sales on exciting new titles.

How do I access my complimentary 180° Programme Guides?

All 180° Programme Guides, including the most recent edition and an archive of previous 180° Programme Guides, can be found here.

As a Member, you may also pick up a free hard copy of the 180° at the box office. If you would like your complimentary guide to be mailed, let us know by emailing loyalty@tiff.net or by calling 416-934-5869, and the Loyalty team will be happy to mail you a 180° Programme Guide for a $5 mailing fee.
