When should I renew my Membership?

Memberships expire one year from the time you join or renew. You will receive reminders from the TIFF Loyalty team to renew your Membership before your expiry date. To receive your renewal offers and reminders, please ensure that you are subscribed to TIFF email communications.

I renewed my Membership in 2024. Can I still get the early access to purchase my tickets?

Yes. Any Individual, Industry, or Contributors Circle Membership that was purchased between January 1, 2024 through to April 30, 2024 will be eligible for the earlier Festival pre-sale window.

How do I update my TIFF email subscription settings?

To subscribe or update your subscription settings, visit tiff.net/subscribe and enter your email address and name.

If you are already subscribed, you will see a notification in red that you are already subscribed, with a link to update your settings. When you click the link, an email will be sent to the email address you are subscribed with, including steps and options for updating your subscription settings.

Follow the steps below:

Sign in to TIFF Year-Round Account Manager.
Click “Join”, then select "Memberships" from the drop-down menu.
Enter your promo code in the box labelled “Promo Code” and click “Apply”.
If the “Promo Code” box is not visible, click the icon next to “Search by Event Name” to open a menu and view the box.
Find your desired Membership level and click “+”.
Review “Your Selection” and click “Add to Cart”.
Click “Continue” to proceed through Checkout.
