How do I access my Membership card?

When you join or renew, you may access your digital Membership card right away with your mobile device. Here’s how:

  1. Visit tiff.net
  2. Tap the ticket icon
  3. Tap the account icon and log in
  4. Tap your Membership
  5. Tap Add to mobile wallet

If you do not use a mobile wallet such as Apple or Google Wallet, you may access your digital card via TIFF Account Manager by following steps 1–4. (TIFF Bell Lightbox has free WiFi!)

If you would like to receive a physical Membership card in addition to your digital card access, you may choose Mail package as your delivery method during checkout when purchasing your Membership online. Please note that there will be an administrative charge for physical card printing beginning January 1, 2021.

All Patrons Circle Members will continue to receive physical welcome packages via Canada Post when they join or renew.

How do I redeem my complimentary film vouchers?

Your film vouchers will be placed into your TIFF Account Manager shortly after you join or renew. They may be redeemed for regular year-round screenings at TIFF Bell Lightbox. To exchange vouchers, begin by logging in to your Account Manager. Note: you must have Flash Player enabled on your browser to successfully exchange your seats.

  1. On your home dashboard, click View all and select your voucher(s) or ticket(s).
  2. In the top right-hand corner of the event screen, click the More Options icon (...) and select Exchange.
  3. Tick the box next to the seats you wish to exchange (bottom left of screen), and click the Exchange button (top-right corner).
  4. Accept the Exchange terms and conditions and then click Continue.
  5. Select the film you wish to exchange your current film for, scroll to the bottom of the list, and click Continue.
  6. You will be shown an interactive seat map, where you will be able to select your seat. General-admission (GA) houses still require you to select a seat, though the seat will not actually be assigned.
  7. Click Check out and complete your sale.

How do I redeem my popcorn voucher?

Your popcorn voucher will be placed into your TIFF Account Manager shortly after you join or renew. When you visit us at TIFF Bell Lightbox to see a film, stop by the box office on your way to the cinema and have your popcorn voucher printed. Give your voucher to the concessions attendant, who will be happy to give you your free popcorn.

When will my vouchers expire?

All vouchers expire with the calendar year. If you join or renew between January and September, your vouchers will expire on December 31 of that year. If you join or renew towards the end of the year, from October to December, your vouchers will expire on December 31 the next calendar year.

For example, if you join or renew in February 2020, your vouchers will expire December 31, 2020. If you join or renew in November 2020, your vouchers will be auto-renewed in January 2021 and expire December 31, 2021.
