Marsha John-Greenwood is the VP, People & Culture at TIFF, leading both Human Resources as well as the Diversity portfolio. With over 20 years of experience in the HR field and a Masters in Strategic HR, John-Greenwood holds both a CHRL and a MCIPD UK HR professional designation and has worked with a number of organizations from the public, private and charity sectors to deliver their business outcomes through improving their people practices.

Prior to joining TIFF, John-Greenwood was the Interim Chief People Officer at the City of Toronto and the Director of the newly formed Service Hub responsible for stewarding the vaccination roll-out by recruiting 1000’s of staff. Previous work includes leadership roles with the OLG, LCBO, and Barclays Bank.
