TIFF members are eligible to return their free TIFF member Cinematheque ticket(s) and/or free TIFF member Canada’s Top Ten ticket(s) up to forty eight (48) hours before the scheduled start time of the event. Returns within 48 hours of the screening will need to be requested through Customer Relations and will be charged a $3 return fee per ticket.
