Join us on King Street from Peter Street to University Avenue for FREE activities and screenings! While Festival Street activations only last from September 5 to 8, everything else at David Pecaut Square runs through the rest of the Festival.
In partnership with the Toronto Downtown West BIA, TIFF is excited to present the Scavenger Hunt this year with a whole host of prizes to be won including movie tickets, TIFF merchandise, and discount vouchers!
Active during:
Friday, September 6 - Sunday, September 8 from 12:00-6:00 PM
Guidelines:
- Find the 8 Landmarks around Festival Street!
- Take a picture of yourself in front of each landmark sign.
- Come back to the Scavenger Hunt tent and show our volunteers your 8 pictures - then fill out the contest entry form to be entered into a draw to win one of over 30 prizes graciously donated by Toronto Downtown West BIA businesses, as well as TIFF tickets, membership and merchandise!
* Winners will be selected daily throughout the Scavenger Hunt. If you win a prize, TIFF will contact you via the email address you submit! There is no cash value equivalent to the prizes.

Join us at our free open air cinema located at David Pecaut Square every night from September 5th-14th 2024! All screenings are open captioned. Bring your own blankets or chairs, or use one of ours! Screenings begin after dark (approximately 10pm).
