How do I submit questions during the Q&A session?

To submit questions to the presenter, type them in the chat area. Some events will have an alternate method of submitting questions, which the Moderator will give verbal instructions for. If you need help, message Tech Support.

I can’t see the video

Make sure your computer meets the minimum system requirements. You may need to reload the presentation. If you have done that and are still having issues, message Tech Support for additional help.

I can’t hear the audio

Make sure your speakers are turned on and your system volume is turned up and not muted. Also, hover over the media player and adjust the slider above the speaker icon in the lower right corner to increase the volume. If that still doesn’t help, you may need to reload the presentation. If you are still having issues, message Tech Support for additional help.

I can’t post messages to chat

If you see a Chat area but are not able to post any messages to it, this may mean that the page did not load properly in your web browser. You might be able to fix the problem by reloading the page. If you are still having issues, message Tech Support. Even though you can’t post to chat, clicking “Chat now with Tech Support” independently loads a chat tool that is connected directly to Tech Support, so you will be able post a chat here for additional help.

What are the system requirements?

Bell Digital Talks requires a recent operating system (Windows 7+, macOS, iOS 10+, Android 5.0+) and web browser (Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, IE 11+, Sa9ari 11+, or Edge.) Other browsers and devices may be able to use the platform. The audio is through your computer or smart device, so speakers or headphones are also required.
