For groups of 15–28 students* in grades 9–12, from 10am to 2pm. $17 per student.
Use documentary filmmaking as a vehicle to address media literacy, storytelling, and civic engagement, and to facilitate a class conversation on the unique challenges of student life. Students plan, pitch, and shoot a short documentary that speaks to their own experience or an issue important to them. Looking to explore a specific topic? Choose any topic your class would like to discuss and mention it at the time of booking!
Each class’ film will be available for secure download within two weeks of the workshop’s completion.
This workshop can be facilitated in French or English.
