Valid ID required for student, senior and under 25 pricing. Limit 100 tickets per account/membership when purchasing MY CHOICE Packs. Limit four TIFF CHOICE Packs per account/membership. No exchanges on films within TIFF CHOICE Packs. English language films cannot be guaranteed. Maximum 4 tickets per screening per account/membership.

    About Vouchers

    If you buy in person, vouchers will be given to you. If you buy online or by phone:

    • before August 6, vouchers will be mailed to you
    • from August 6 - 22, pick up your vouchers at TIFF Bell Lightbox.
    • Beginning August 23, pick up your vouchers at the Festival Box Office.

    Note that if you are a student or senior you will have to pick up your vouchers in person and show ID.

    Pick up the Advance Order Book at the Festival Box Office

    How it works

    All orders are placed in chronologically numbered boxes as they are submitted. In the spirit of fairness, a draw occurs to determine which box of orders will be processed first. All other orders will follow chronologically from the number that is randomly drawn.

    Your confirmed film selections will be emailed to you before September 1.

    Pick up your tickets at the Festival Box Office, beginning September 2, 7:00am.
