The Promotional Opportunities at the Industry Centre consist of National Promotional Agency stands, banner space, and bag sample. Promote your film to the right audience at TIFF.

In 2013, the landscape of our Industry Centre will change as the number of National Promotional Agency Stands increases, creating a more inclusive hub. The Industry Office is proud to have hosted stands from the following agencies:

Important note: Stands vary in price and are exclusively for national agencies that are representing at least one officially selected film.

Advertise in the Industry Centre

In 2012 there were 50,000 visits to the Industry Centre, representing 4,280 registered delegates, 1,200 members of the press, and the 280 directors and actors in attendance. Advertising your film in the Industry Centre guarantees your film exposure to the right audience. Our advertising opportunities include:

Bag Samples $3,000
Reach delegates directly by placing your promotional material in the Industry bag that every delegate receives.

Banners $1,500 –$4,500
Choose one of these highly visible placements, in heavily trafficked areas of the Industry Centre or Press & Industry screening venue (the Scotiabank Theatre). Banners are available exclusively to promote films in the official selection.


Online Delegate Resources

The following online resources are exclusively available to registered Industry professionals. If you have registered and received your confirmation letter, you can use your personalized ID and password, listed in your letter, to login to the secured section of our website. You will see a login option in the top right-hand corner of your screen.

Delegates Guide

The Delegates Guide is a detailed list of all registered Industry delegates attending the festival. The contact information listed is what the delegate agreed to publish.

Delegates Search

The Delegates Search option is a tool that allows you to locate the online profiles of fellow Industry delegates who are also attending the Festival.

Edit Profile

--

If any of your contact information changes after you have registered, please use the Profile Edit tool to update it. Your updates will be visible on your profile within two business days.

Rights List

--

The Rights List provides a list of all of the films playing at TIFF 2013. It also includes additional information such as the film’s director, programme, runtime, page number in the programme book, as well as film tags/key words to describe the film. If applicable, the international sales agency representing the film, the contact information of a sales agent, and the available territories are also listed.

Combined Public & Industry Schedule

The Combined Public & Industry Schedule is a malleable excel document that registered professionals can use to create their own personal schedule during the Festival. It includes lists of Public Screenings, Press & Industry Screenings, and Industry Programmes.

Digital Programme Book

--

The Digital Programme Book is a watermarked copy of the Official Programme Book that delegates can load onto their portable device in advance of the Festival.

Digital Industry Guide

The Digital Industry Guide is a copy of the Official Press & Industry Screening Schedule that delegates can load onto their portable device in advance of the Festival.

Onsite Delegate Resources

Our Onsite Delegates resources are meant to make your Festival experience as productive as possible.

Business Centre

--

The Business Centre is located on the concourse level of the Hyatt Regency Hotel. It is a place where registered Industry professionals can print, fax, photocopy, and send business-related material.

Buyers' Lounge

--

The Buyers' Lounge is an exclusive space located in our main Press & Industry Screening (the Scotiabank Theatre) venue where Buyers' Pass holders can meet with Film Rep Pass holders in a relaxing environment.

Message Centre

The TIFF Industry Registration Desk is a communications hub that can connect delegates with their peers and professionals through a mailbox service. Please note that all mailbox numbers are listed our Delegates Guide.

Available: September 3

Broker Corner

--

TIFF Industry consultants provide assistance to those producers and filmmakers who do not have sales agents representing their films in the Festival.

Available:  Early August


Other Delegate Resources

Our Other Delegate Resources consists of VISA letter assistance for all registered professionals.

Visa Letters

Registered delegates in need of a travel visa to attend our Festival should email registration@tiff.net well in advance.
