Ticket Pick-Up

Films + Events

If you have purchased tickets to a film or event — either online or by phone — you can pick up your tickets in advance or on the day of your event at the:

Steve & Rashmi Gupta Box Office
TIFF Bell Lightbox
Reitman Square, 350 King Street West

Please remember to bring your reservation number, the credit card you used to purchase the ticket(s), as well as a piece of government-issued ID at time of pick-up. Students will also be required to show their student ID.

Tickets can also be purchased in person at the Steve & Rashmi Gupta Box Office at TIFF Bell Lightbox.

Subscription Series

If you purchased a Books on Film, Food on Film or Science on Film subscription, you will receive an email that will notify you when your tickets will be available for pick-up.

Summer Camps

If you sending your kid to one of our Summer Camps the Learning department at TIFF Bell Lightbox will be sending you three forms to complete and return prior to the start of your kid's camp.
