- Wendy Mitchell
Editor, Screen International (MODERATOR)
Wendy Mitchell is Editor of global film business publications Screen International and ScreenDaily.com. She previously worked as staff news editor for Entertainment Weekly in New York and as Managing Editor at Indiewire. She has also written about the entertainment business for The Wall Street Journal, The Guardian, Variety, Rolling Stone, the Dow Jones News Service, Time Out New York, Billboard and the New York Daily News. She is based in London.
- Curtis Burch
Producer, Words and Pictures, President, Latitude Productions
Latitude Productions is a motion picture production company operating in Los Angeles. Curtis created Latitude after having spent 25 years learning and mastering the crafts of movie development, screenwriting, packaging and production. He worked as a senior creative executive for producer Keith Barish at Taft-Barish Entertainment, at Largo Entertainment for producers Larry and Charles Gordon, for Rob Reiner's Castle Rock Entertainment, and for director James Cameron at his Lightstorm Entertainment. As a creative executive, Burch participated in the development of many successful films such as Solaris directed by Steven Soderbergh. His first accomplishment as a development executive was to originate the idea of adapting the T.V. series The Fugitive into a feature film, which was an Oscar nominee for Best Picture. Burch also works productively as a screenwriter, having written two screenplays that are currently in development.

Producer, Big World Cinema
Steven Markovitz is one of Africa's most pioneering producers, with 20 years' experience on feature films, documentaries, short films, distribution and festivals. He has an extensive production and distribution network across Africa and has co-produced with over ten countries internationally and worked with over 100 directors from around the world. He has produced and executive-produced features and short films such as Viva Riva!, Proteus, Boy Called Twist and Oscar-nominated Inja/Dog. He has produced and co-produced over 50 documentaries such as many have screened at festivals such as Sundance, Berlin, IDFA, Hotdocs, Tribeca and have sold to television worldwide. He is currently producing films in Kenya, Namibia, Ghana, DRC, Liberia, Malawi and South Africa.
- Neerja Narayanan
Head of Creative Development, Fox Star Studios India
Neerja is the Head of Creative Development for Foxstar Studios India, a 21st Century Fox company. She has over 13 years of experience in the entertainment business across India and the U.K. in film and broadcasting. She has worked on over 25 feature films, which have received both critical and commercial acclaim. She currently is responsible for formulating and creatively supervising the Indian studio's motion picture portfolio for local language content. She is developing a variety of cinematic content from idea inception through to release to ensure a diverse active slate. She has an understanding of the global market and talent in a local context and has experience and understanding of the production development and sales cycles within the industry. She sources and nurtures creative talent on both sides of the camera and balances working with new and established filmmakers and has the ability to develop strategic relationships with global talent.

Producer, Beasts of the Southern Wild
Josh Penn is an Academy Award nominated producer, whose films have won over 100 awards internationally - most notably, Beasts of the Southern Wild,
which won Sundance's Grand Jury Prize and Cannes' Camera d'Or, and was nominated for four Academy Awards. In addition, Josh received Sundance & Indian Paintbrush's Producer's Award and was a nominee for Outstanding Producer in this year's Producers Guild Awards. He also produced the films Tchoupitoulas and Glory at Sea. Upcoming projects include several feature debuts of top emerging filmmakers including Ray Tintori, Mark Elijah Rosenberg and Sara Dosa. Josh previously worked as the Michigan New Media Director for President Obama's 2008 campaign and as Senior Program Manager for the re-election campaign.
