John's twenty-five year career in the Canadian film and television industry began with a position at TIFF. His interest then turned towards development and production as he took on a position with Independent Pictures and contract work on several film and television projects. He has also worked in financing, with positions at the OMDC, the CMF and at Telefilm Canada where he served as a Regional Director and the Television Sector Head. In 2005, he joined The Harold Greenberg Fund as President and Board Member. In his current position, he has been involved with investments of more than $30 million and has helped develop over 800 feature film and television projects. John is also the co-founder of both the Toronto Irish Film Festival and the Canadian International Television Festival, and sits on various industry boards, juries and advisory committees.

Director of Industry and Market trends, Canada Media Fund
Catalina has over 13 years of experience in the audiovisual and new media industry. Her role is to ensure that the policies for supporting the production of Canadian television and digital media content are aligned with emerging developments in Canada and internationally. She provides the CMF with all the market intelligence necessary to develop effective policies. Previously, Catalina was the Producer and Director of Operations at Salambo Productions, where she helped build the strategy and business model behind the internationally acclaimed, multiplatform project Têtes à claques. She also served as Vice Chair of the Board of the Regroupement des Producteurs Multimédia (RPM) and received the 2008 Prix Séville de la Relève from the Association of Women in Film, Television and New Media.

Creative Producer, Finer Films
Katrina has 29 years experience producing, writing and directing. For 20 years, her focus was on live performance including theatre, comedy, cabaret and musical theatre. But for the past nine years, film has been her primary passion including features, shorts, documentaries, TV and commercials. Canopy is her debut feature film, with a second feature drama in production, and her TV documentary Impossible Orchestra is about to be released. Katrina's 12 short films for cinema, have all been sold and screened at over 80 international film festivals, and she is currently producing 2 short films for late release this year, and has a string of award winning commercials and corporate films under her belt.
- Elisabeth Holm
Director of Film Program, Kickstarter
Elisabeth is Kickstarter's Film Program Director, overseeing Kickstarter's filmmaker education, outreach, events, and editorial. In addition to her work at Kickstarter she is currently in post-production on Gillian Robespierre's feature comedy Obvious Child starring Jenny Slate and Gaby Hoffmann. Most recently she produced Keith Miller's 2012 Slamdance and FIPRESCI Jury Prize-winning Welcome to Pine Hill and was the Associate Producer of Joe Berlinger and Bruce Sinofsky's Oscar-nominated Paradise Lost 3. She lives and works in New York City.
