See that handsome devil on the left? Yeah, that's me on day 1 of the festival. The Zombie Walk participant on the right is me after day 10. Thanks to my festival pass I've got 46 films I'm planning on seeing. I might skip a morning screening or two, but I'll never skip a madness. If I'm lucky, I'll get about 6 hours of sleep a night. Did I mention this is my vacation?

Since I'll be at all midnight screenings I'll be doing my best to report on the goings on. I can't guarantee the blog will be that coherent towards the end of the fest though. It'll probably be something along the lines of:

There'll be a scorecard at the top of the blog so everyone can keep track of my slow descent into madness. I'll also do my best to upload intros & QAs to Youtube within 24 hours of the screenings. I was able to get most of them last year with a cell phone cam. Don't worry, the quality will be a lot better this year, as long as I remember to keep my battery charged. Of course now I need to figure out how I'm gonna get my camcorder, clothes, laptop, energy drinks, & power bars into one carryon bag. See y'all in line! Remember, look for the loud Indian guy in the Hawaiian shirt.
